 |  Spire TME III CPU Cooler According to this review at PureOverclock, the Spire TME III HSF is a decent overall cooler that doesn't cost a lot of money. Today we will be looking at the Spire TME III CPU Cooler. Spire may not be as mainstream as other brands but don't let the name fool you.
