 | Spire Diamondcool II Heatsink Today we take a look at a new heatsink/fan combo from Spire Coolers the Diamondcool II. The Diamondcool II was designed for low noise operation while maintaining effective cooling. To help the cooler achieve this, the unit features an all copper heatsink and uses heat pipes to help reduce CPU temperature.
