Default Sony Investigating PS4 Hardware Failures

Sony says it is looking into reports of PS4 hardware failures though it believes the issues are "isolated incidents." So far the problems listed have been a DOA console, HDMI issue, hard drive failure and a PS4 that just "sits there pulsing blue." I guess we'll know after tomorrow whether these really are isolated incidents or wide spread issues. A number of early PS4 owners are reporting various display problems with their console. At least four claims of broken consoles have been posted online, two from games websites and two competition winners. These represent a small, but not negligible, percentage of systems already available ahead of launch.
