 |  Sony CEO On The PS4: Why Go First? If you were hoping for the PS4 to launch this year, statements like this aren't very encouraging. You would think that, if Sony does actually have plans for a holiday launch, hardware specs would have been hammered out a long time ago. Mr. Hirai hinted that Sony would wait for the likes of Microsoft and Nintendo to make the first move.
