Snowden Offers Brazil Help In Exchange For Asylum
So what makes the Brazilian government think that Snowden won't do to them exactly what he did here in the U.S.? National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden has written an "open letter to the people of Brazil" offering to help investigate U.S. surveillance of Brazilian citizens.
