Default Silverstone ST65ZF Zeus 650W PSU

The PSU comes with an impressive rating of continuous 650W power output and a peak output of 710W.

The PSU is designed for power hungry systems and it can satisfy the most modern desktop systems.

Many places are claiming that this PSU is meant to compete with the OCZ Powerstream series of PSUs and today we'll take a look to see how it fares.

EEWW I have a Globalwin 520W PSU here with 1x80mm which runs quieter then a Coolermaster 120mm PSU.

Any proof to the statement?

It would be saying a four cylinders engine will always have lower horsepower to an eight cylinders. It is a matter of volumetric arrives from cylinder volume x RPM.

During the test, the PSU did run slightly hot with just an 80mm fan cooling it. Also the fan noise level can be quite high and irritating.
