The ST85F is a very highend PSU, with many useful technical features for up to date and upcoming systems.

notice the Dual 8-pin PCI-Express connectors, they are for future GFX cards from ATI/NVIDIA, because 6-pin is not enough.

First we got mini 4-pin (floppy) connectors with the Radeon 9700 Pro series, then large 4-pin (molex) with the 6800GT, then 6-pin with the last generation 7900 and X1950, and now for the nex X2xxx series you'll be needing an 8-pins; In few years the power connector for the VGA card will be bigger than the one for your motherboard
