| Seasonic M12 700W Power Supply As is the norm these days, the M12 features a fan controller to keep noise to a minimum when high CFM cooling is not required. It's interesting to note that the fan controller for the M12 cannot actually control two fans independently, both fans are hard wired to the same circuit. As is written in the data sheet, the 60mm fan is only meant to spin up under high load conditions... Seasonic have used a very crude method to achieve this on just the fan controller circuit, but it's a gooden nonetheless. http://www.pureoverclock.com/article640.html
