Default Scythe Shuriken Heatsink Review

Today, many people like myself, have opted to include an HTPC in their home theater setups. Typically cases for these HTPC systems are smaller so they fit easily into the user’s entertainment center. While stylish, these small cases do not allow the use of the large aftermarket cooling solutions. Sure there are some smaller coolers on the market, but most only cool the processor to acceptable levels. For those of us who like to tweak and overclock our systems, these smaller coolers just do not make the grade.
Enter the Shuriken from Scythe. This small cooler will definitely fit in your HTPC case, but does it have what it takes to keep up with an enthusiats needs? Let’s find out.
