Over the past year, I have been concentrating on hardware reviews, but
today I am back to bring you a review of Samsung’s latest 17” LCD display.
Over the past year, Bytesector has reviewed several Samsung LCD displays
and have seen the ups and downs in their models. Today, I will be taking a
look at Samsung’s 710N-2 LCD display, which is a second generation product
(the original being the 710N). This display doesn’t sport a nice, new look
like Samsung’s 173P or the functionality of their 173MP, but it does do
its job quite well. The first noticeably impressive feature of the 710N-2
is its boasted 12ms response time and a 600:1 contrast ratio. So how does
this display compare against other Samsung and BenQ models? I intend to
