 |  Samsung shows off 10nm LPDDR4 6GB mobile DRAM Samsung has unveiled its 10-nanometer LPDDR4 6GB mobile DRAM which is probably heading for the much rumoured Galaxy Note 6 in August this year. According to Huanquie the Galaxy Note 6 is going to feature a 5.8-inch ‘Slim RGB’ AMOLED display with a Snapdragon 823 processor with 6GB of RAM.
