Gateway realized this and offered the service, unfortunately consumers went for the low price, no knowledge places. Gateway closed all the stores.

Knowlegde costs money, if they want to hire IT techs they'll have to pay them a lot more than a normal sales person would make; and very few IT tech people are good sales people
