 |  Rambus unveils PCI Express PHY platform RAMBUS HAS UNVEILED its latest creation, the Turbo PCI Express physical layer (or PHY) platform, capable of supporting data rates between 5.0 and 6.4Gbps. Additionally, it will support the 2.5Gbps data rate.
