![]() | ![]() Another day, another PS3 rumor—and you can bet they aren't going to let up any time soon. With the consumer electronics show (CES) just around the corner, speculation is mounting that the PS3 launch will be delayed. Sony had widely been expected to demo the console at CES, but now it appears they will make no PS3 related announcements at all, despite public assurances from Sony in December that the PS3 was on track for a spring release. A spokeperson for Sony's Playstation unit told TG Daily, "Although we are participating in many CES activities with Sony,we have no new announcements on PlayStation 3 planned at this time." http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20060103-5890.html
