Default Overclocking Athlon 64 FX-57

Further improvements from the 130nm FX-55 are various adjustments and
add-ons to the integrated memory controller. We will not dwell further
into these subjects but will concentrate more on how to further improve
the performance of this CPU. We have three different cooling methods, air
cooling, water cooling and compressor cooling, which will help us test the
boundaries of what this CPU can perform.

Cold Bug: An interesting name and seldom heard of or talk about.

The temperature was ~ -15°C, my car couldn't start because the battery was too weak. After a jump start, my dash board electronics went fuzzy. When a product is not designed to operate under extreme cold temperature; electronics; chips and whatever just don't seem to run right. Too much of contraction and expansion from extreme temp could have adverse effect on the life of components. It does make sense to me.

MTBF= mean time before failure = 6 months, 1 year, 2 years ??

How long have you used the setup at the constant speed?

Highest sustainable output = real output

The difference between a Pro Golfer and I, other than he makes millions of $ a year.

I can hit a golf ball out 350 yards, once in a while.
He does it everytime. :grin:
