Default OCZ Vindicator: Scythe Ninja Clone or New Proprietary Design?

Scythe Company denies any relation between Vindicator and Ninja claiming that OCZ has copied the design of their successful solution. Of course, we couldn’t help asking OCZ Technology to comment in return.
