OCZ Platinum EL PC-4800 Elite Dual Channel DDR

To test the limits of each kit, I first lowered the multiplier from 9 to 8, which will prevent the processor from maxing out and let us fully test the modules. I set the HT multiplier to 3x, and used the rated timings of 2.5-4-4-10 2T. To verify stability, I ran each setting for over an hour in Memtest86 (4 full passes). If the settings used passed this test, I then proceeded to run Prime95 to check stability in Windows. If a particular setting failed in Memtest86, I would reboot and bump up the memory voltage in .1 increments in hopes of attaining stability.
