| I get 40-60mb/s with home build NAS running XP, cost less than a 2-disk QNAP NAS either way, the future needs to go forward, not backward, a storage device that can hold a few petabyte and runs hidden and noiseless with enough CPU power to reencode , backup, do scheduled remote ftp sessions, support RDP, etc etc, is what I'll be looking out for in the next 10 years
