Default NVIDIA Names Bin Zhou as Newest CUDA Fellow

Meet our newest CUDA Fellow. Bin Zhou is an adjunct research professor at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), where he established a CUDA Teaching Center and trained more than 500 developers and students in CUDA programming. Among other GPU-related research projects he's worked on, Bin is the key developer of a GPU-powered version of a weather prediction model developed by the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences. And he's the director and chief scientist of the Marine Information Processing Laboratory at the Institution of Oceanography in the Shandong Academy of Science, where he leads a team working on information processing systems for marine environmental pollution, natural hazard monitoring and ocean-atmosphere simulation. It's enthusiastic work like this that earned Bin the honor of being the latest researcher to join our CUDA Fellows Program. Currently the program recognizes 12 individuals as fellows for championing the adoption and use of the CUDA architecture and GPU computing.
