Default NVIDIA might not be able to license to build chipsets for AMD Next Generation CPUs

NVIDIA seems to be in trouble these days with both Intel and now AMD. Intel previously did not license the technology for NVIDIA to build chipsets for the Core i7 Processors.

This time round, AMD's Pat Patla indicated that from 2010, Future AMD processor supporting chipsets will be made by AMD. He also indicated that AMD and NVIDIA's licensing now does not indicate that NVIDIA is allowed to make chipsets supporting future AMD processors.

link not working ?

I'm not sure this is a great idea. I know AMD can get an extra income by selling AMD chipsets ... but a lot of people like the nvidia chipsets for the AMD platform so I'm not sure dumping nvidia is a good choice
