![]() | ![]() A PCinlife member has got hold of two diagrams which are claimed to be of the PCB of Nvidia's upcoming Geforce GTS 450. The Geforce GTS 450 is based on GF106, which marks a return to a square die for Nvidia. The proportion of the PCB is very similar to the HD 5700 series, though the GF106 die does seem a lot bigger than Juniper - but this is no surprise. The GTS 450 contains 3+1 phase power, and a 6-pin power connector, which suggests the TDP is well below 150W. http://vr-zone.com/articles/nvidia-g...aked/9453.html
