NVIDIA GeForce GT240 Benchmarks Leaked, Slower Than 9800 GT
 

Basically, the performance of GT240 falls between 9600GT and 9800GT according to the test, and it comes as no surprise that the GT240 GDDR5 model outperforms SDDR3 variant.

When the GT240 (GDDR5) was overclocked to 650/1590/900MHz, it surpassed GTS250 under 3DMark Vantage Performance mode, but still showed weak performance under high-resolution conditions.
