Default Nokia Threatens to Abandon Business in India

Nokia's manufacturing operations in India may be coming to an abrupt end. Nokia could be moving its entire India based manufacturing system to China, Nokia informed the Indian government. Nokia and the government are in dispute over a massive back tax bill. "The political risk of operating in India [is] suddenly substantially higher and may inevitably influence future decisions to develop one's operations in India.
