Noctua NH Series Heatsinks

As you can see, the NH-U9 was nearly able to keep right in line with the XP-90C while the NH-U12, with nearly double the amount of airflow, is able to take the lead by shaving off a few extra degrees. Both the NH-U9 and NH-U12 benefit from the fact that the layout of the DFI motherboard allows them both to point to the rear of the case where the rear 120mm fan can quickly exhausts the warm air. Either way you slice it, those who prefer the simplicity and maintenance free life of an air-cooled system should rest assured that either of Noctua's two heatsink offerings will keep your processor temperatures well in check.
