A few weeks ago we deplore the lack of renewal from Noctua. And bang bang, a few days ago, Noctua announces its new NH-D14, a monster heat sink, big, big, imposing and has two fans. Knowing the history of the brand new toy extra has to be ultra efficient. Is he? Answer these few pages.
