 |  Noctua NF-S12B case fan Noctua is renowned for their silent fans, and from our experience we've seen them to be excellent quality, so that's two ticks in the Good column. They also are rather expensive though, but as we've come to learn, top performance rarely comes cheap. Noctua has released their NF-S12B FLX case fan, a successor to the S12 that showcases a few design improvements. But is performance better as a results?
