There will be three versions of the boards. The top notch one with two PCIe graphics slots will cost less then $200. That's always $199. Boards are expected before Yule.

The Nforce 4 Ultra will sit in a range from $100 to $150 and will be made different by adding or subtracting features. Less money naturally means less features.

Lastly, but not the leastly, the Nforce 4 will come for as little as $55 to a still acceptable $80.

WE'VE HAD CONFIRMATION that Socket 754 users will get version of Nforce 4 chipset based motherboards. There are several such design wins.
