New Swiftech APOGEE water-block reaches "exotic" performance levels at low cost.
Signal Hill, CA - Friday November 19, 2005 - Swiftech™ today announced the release of the Patent Pending APOGEE water-block and revamping of its entire line of CPU Liquid Cooling kits. The Apogee water-block is a universal CPU cooling solution that reaches “exotic” performance levels without the flow restrictions usually associated with such high-end devices. As a result, it yields substantial performance gains in multi-processor and multi-VGA environments. "Anyone looking at our test data will be shocked by the results, but the Apogee water-block clearly demonstrates Swiftech's commitment to bring the best possible solutions to the market place." said Gabriel Rouchon, Swiftech's Chairman.
Following the introduction of the Apogee water-block, Swiftech also released three new CPU liquid cooling kits as follows:
The H20-80 MICRO is a high-performance low noise kit designed for space-constrained applications such as Small Form Factor computers. This cooling system is rated for one Single or Dual core processor of any speed and one high-end VGA card. The kit concept favors low maintenance, and most importantly the ability to fit each of its small individual components in any space available.
The H20-120 PREMIUM is configured to satisfy performance-oriented users and overclockers who wish to maintain a quiet working/playing environment. This cooling system is rated for up to two single core processors or one dual core CPU and two high-end VGA cards in SLI mode. The system is focused on plug-and-play installation and universal compatibility.
The H20-220 Apex ULTRA is dedicated to the two extremes of the enthusiast market spectrum: Overclockers in search of the lowest CPU temperatures AND Silent computing users in search of the lowest possible operating noise. This low maintenance cooling system is rated for up to two dual-core processors and two high-end VGA cards in SLI mode. It requires minimal case modifications.
