 |  NASA Cutting Funding on Mars Projects Budget cuts will have an impact of space exploration in the near future with NASA proposing a $300m reduction in funding. The cuts will have a direct effect on the proposed joint missions to Mars with the European Space Agency in 2016 1nd 2018.
