Default MyFitnessPal adds calorie counts for more restaurant meals

It will now be harder to pretend you didn't know how many calories that Fettuccine Alfredo has before you ordered. MyFitnessPal quietly slipped the Restaurant Logging feature into its iOS app back in December, and it adds menu information from 500,00...
