 | MSI rumored to have terminated second-brand motherboard sales in China MSI rumored to have terminated second-brand motherboard sales in China due to squeeze from ASRock -- Shenzhen Microbrill International (MBI), a China-based subsidiary of Micro-Star International (MSI), has suspended operations of its motherboard business in China due to expanded competition from ASRock, Asustek Computer’s second-brand board, according to recent market rumors. Other Taiwan-based motherboard makers with second-brands may also gradually phase out their respective second-brand businesses, according to the rumors.
