 |  MS Needs Your Help with 8.1 Update Blue Screens Microsoft is looking for a solution to the issue plaguing users upgrading to Windows 8.1. The mystery bug will roll the installation back to a blue screen, halting the upgrade installation. After weeks of unsuccessful testing, Microsoft is turning to its user base for a solution.
