Default Microsoft's Ban of Nudity on SkyDrive Questioned

Microsoft's Skydrive may be cloud based, but whoever makes policy for Skydrive really has their head in the clouds if they think banning any and all nudity from being stored on Skydrive makes a wise business model. It's really difficult to deny the profusion of nudity on the web or the probability that the majority of users have some degree of nudity on their computers. No Manga or cartoon depicted nudity? Wow, just wow. Microsoft has stated in its EULA that users cannot upload "nudity of any sort, including full or partial human nudity, or nudity in nonhuman forms such as cartoons, fantasy art or manga" in their SkyDrive account.
