Default Microsoft May Halt Xbox One Production

What was once a scarce commodity is now readily available, so overly available that Microsoft may suspend the manufacture of the Xbox One until present inventory is sold off and demand picks back up. We know that the company has shipped 5 million consoles to retailers since launch, but Microsoft hasn't been as forthcoming with actual end user sales data.
