Default Megaupload Asks Court to Freeze MPAA and RIAA Cases

Maybe Dotcom wants to have all the trials take place at once. Now that would be a total cluster. Megaupload's legal team has asked the federal court of Virginia to freeze the cases filed by the movie and music industries last month. According to Dotcom's lawyers, this is needed pending the criminal case against the defendants, in order to protect their Fifth Amendment rights.
