LinkedIn Must Pay Employees $6M For Unpaid Overtime
 

Join the world's largest professional network...that was forced to pay employees $6 million in unpaid overtime. The U.S. Department of Labor announced today that LinkedIn agreed to pay $3.3 million in overtime back wages and $2.5 million in liquidated damages to 359 former and current employees in California, Illinois, Nebraska and New York for violating the overtime and record-keeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
