Default LG shows off V20

LG has unveiled its V20 smartphone which is a 5.7-inch handset and it’s the first phone to ship with Android Nougat.

There are rather a few things which the V20 has, more sophisticated dual rear cameras, more battery capacity, and it looks a bit better than its V10 predecessor.

The V20 is the first phone to get In Apps, a new homescreen shortcut in Android that makes it easy to search through content on all installed apps. The V20 has a customisable “second screen” at the top, the combination fingerprint scanner and power button on the back, and a case you can snap off to replace the battery.

On the front, there’s one 5-megapixel wide-angle camera. The dual rear cameras, which were a signature feature on LG’s G5 phone earlier this year. This allows the device to switch from the 8-megapixel 135-degree wide-angle camera to the 75-degree, 16-megapixel regular camera as you zoom in.

You can apply film effects on V20 video, also has Steady Record 2.0, an improved mechanism for video stabilisation. It has a better audio recording and the new phone can record at 132dB, up from 120dB; high-end LPCM 24-bit, 48khz recording is supported; and there will be 50 percent less white noise.
