 |  Latest Hitachi SSD Uses Intel Technology Hitachi Global Storage Technologies today announced its new Ultrastar* enterprise-class solid state drive (SSD) family, the industry's first to use 25-nanometer (nm) single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash.
