Kodak sells its image sensor unit
 

In an effort to stay afloat and to become more focused, Kodak has sold, for an undisclosed sum, its Image Sensor Solutions (ISS) business. The buyer is Platinum Equity, a firm specializing in the merger, acquisition and operation of companies that provide services and solutions in various markets.
