Default Kingston SSDNow V-Series

Kingston has released their SSDNow V-Series Solid State Drive, specifically targeting the entry-level consumer that may be looking to jump on the SSD bandwagon. But this drive comes with the infamous JMicron controller, notorious for stuttering problems. However, Kingston is confident they've eliminated the problem. Have they? If so, how?
