Here's what the company had to say: "We are aware of the situation that limits some overclocking settings on GIGABYTE 6 series motherboards and 3rd generation Intel (Ivy Bridge) CPUs. We are currently developing a new BIOS for these boards to resolve this issue and plan to make them available in the next week or two."
