Default Intel will kill off legacy Bios support by 2020

Only UEFI support

Intel is planning to end "legacy BIOS" support in its new platforms by 2020 and will insist on UEFI Class 3 or higher.

Phoronix found a slide from the recent UEFI Plugfest where Chipzilla’s Brian Richardson talked about the "last mile" barriers to removing legacy BIOS support from systems.
