CHIP GIANT Intel is struggling to produce high performance libraries for its Xeon EM64T platform, it has emerged.
EM64T - the 64 bit extensions Intel announced at its Developer Forum in February this year - was the chip firm's answer to AMD64. But it seems that it's not very well prepared to propel the extensions into the wider world
