 |  Intel ships Stratix 10 MX FPGA Has integrated High Bandwidth Memory DRAM (HBM2) Intel is shipping Stratix 10 MX field-programmable gate array (FPGA) with integrated High Bandwidth Memory DRAM (HBM2).
