Intel releases low power Pentium Ms, Celeron Ms CHIP GIANT Intel said it has released low voltage and ultra low voltage Pentium Ms and Celeron Ms, as we reported before. The processors all use the 90 nanometre process technology and are the LV 738, the ULV 733 and 723 and the Celeron M Ultra Low Voltage 353. The chips are intended at the mini notebook, sub notebook and tablet PC segments of the market. The 738 is a 1.40GHz Pentium M with 2MB of cache, a thermal design rating of 10W, and costs $284. The 733 is a 1.10GHz ULV with 2MB, consumes five Watts and costs $262.
