 |  Intel to launch 3.06Ghz CPU for Laptops - T9900 Intel plans to launch yet another Penryn 45nm dual-core CPU and this one will be known as Core 2 Duo T9900. This might be the fastest Monetevina platform to ever launch, before Lynnfield, and eventually Arrandale Nehalem architecture derived mobile CPUs take over. The Core 2 T9900 is a 45nm dual-core CPU with a 1066MHz FSB, 6MB of L2 cache and a 35W TDP, and this is the first Core 2 Duo for notebooks to break the 3GHz barrier. http://www.fudzilla.com/index.php?op...63&It emid=35
