hmm, so we could keep our "old" P4C800 for further upgrade.

who needs a mobo upgrade, good job Intel.

Would a new chipset be required? Or, the current 875 will keep up?

it will keep up, that's what I read
we can overclock it already to 300 fsb, so why wouldn't it take a 1066FSB proc ?
