Default Intel Core i5-3470T (35W)

The Core i5-3470T is Intel's only i5 "Ivy Bridge" CPU for desktops that comes with a TDP of only 35w.
And the Core i5-3470T is Intel's only i5 "Ivy Bridge" CPU for desktops that supports HyperThreading.
And the Core i5-3470T is Intel's only i5 "Ivy Bridge" CPU for desktops that has only two cores.
The Core i5-3470T is something special. But is it a cool runner or a lame duck?
