Default Intel Celeron E1600 2.4Ghz is out

Intel has released its latest addition to the dual-core Celeron generation and its latest 65nm dual-core will sell for a very affordable $53. The CPU has 512KB L2 cache, two cores that each support one thread and FSB800MHz. This CPU is getting ahead of Celeron E1500 that has the same spec but works at 2.2Ghz and currently sells at the same price. Oddly enough, Celeron 450, a single core 2.2GHz CPU is also selling for the same $53 which means you will have a big range of Celerons for the same money.
