Default Intel 45nm Core 2 Quad Delayed?

According to our sources, if Penryn dual core, or Wolfdale, will be well-launched in mid-January, quad core versions, Yorkfield, will not be available until late February / early March. Behind this shift lies a bug that in very rare cases a system crash (decidedly ...), bug that Intel has decided to fix before launching the CPU while it was detected in laboratory during a new procedure for validation.

...which is probably why there are no QX9650's to be had in retail channels. Nada, Zip, Nothing for over a month now...
